How do I know if an apartment is available?

Choose your check-in date, check-out date and apartment preference in the booking form. Dates already reserved are blocked in the date picker before checkout.

Can I book without creating an account?

Yes. Guests can check availability and continue as a guest. We still collect your name, phone number and email so confirmation details can be sent after payment review.

What payment options are supported?

Direct transfer to Emperor Suite Concepts is supported, and the booking system also includes payment-gateway preparation for Paystack, Moniepoint and PayPal where configured.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Registered guests can manage bookings from the dashboard. Date changes are checked against live availability before they are saved.

Do you provide airport pickup?

Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged at a fee. Use the Airport Pickup form so the team can confirm trip details and pricing.

Are smoking and pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms, but a designated smoking area is provided.
